Every member of the advisory board receives a minimum of 1/4% ownership in ClearGears. If they invested in the company, they receive their equity right away. If not, then they will vest into their equity over time.

The minimum participation from each advisor is one phone call per quarter with the CEO, and one annual in-person dinner. ClearGears foots the bill for travel and food.
